When you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a tracking number with which you can track your order on the page of the parcel in which it was sent.
HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE?
It's very easy, add the items of your choice to the cart, proceed with filling out the delivery address, make the payment with the debit or credit card of your choice.
Each item is made manually and its production requires time, your items are guaranteed to be delivered 100% and in perfect condition, we appreciate your patience and understanding towards us.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 20 days of your purchase, if the item has manufacturing damage. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Refunds and exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we only require the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
We replace items in defective or damaged condition. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
