How much is the shipping?

All our shipments are completely free to any part of the republic.

How many days does it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping time is between 3-5 business days.

How to track my shipment?

At the time of making your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and in the same way a tracking number with which you can track your order on the page of the parcel in which it was sent.

How can I make a purchase?

It is very easy, add the items of your choice to the cart, proceed with filling in the delivery address, make the payment with the debit or credit card of your choice. Each item is made manually and its production requires time, your items are guaranteed to be delivered 100% and in perfect condition, we appreciate your patience and understanding towards us.

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if the item has manufacturing damage. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
• If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Changes (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
